Villa in Coccorino
The Villa Belvedere, built in 2017, is located on a scenic hill in the enchanting Coccorino village in the south of Italy, from where you can see a breath-taking panorama of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Sicily and Aeolian Islands with an active volcano on the Stromboli island and Capo di Vaticano peninsula.
It is a large and luxuriously equipped Villa in a modern style for 8 to 10 people.
With a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and a complex consisting of an external kitchen, dining room and a club situated directly next to a big swimming pool area with sun loungers which ensure comfortable rest. The houses location and the beautiful garden ensure complete privacy, peace and quiet as well as perfect conditions to relax and admire the gorgeous views.

The house is located in the scenic Coccorino village in the south of Italy, in Calabria. It is only an hour from the Lamezia Terme airport and 1.5 hours from another one - Reggio di Calabria airport. To go on a trip to the magnificent Tropea, you need to cover barely 18 km
